Zoning Research Group continues to offer Zoning Compliance Reports that assist surveyors and title insurers with meeting ALTA/ACSM Survey, Table A, Item 6a Requirements for zoning. Having a third party such as Zoning Research Group prepare such Zoning Reports allows for Title Insurers and Surveyors to focus on other components of site research and survey preparation.
