NYC Zoning Laws Overly Complex?

This opinion piece notes that the zoning laws in New York City have become so complicated that even New York's own City planners made a major error regarding a new hi-rise apartment tower.  Further, the article notes that it is becoming more common that that attorneys are necessary to interpret zoning codes.  At ZRG, we perform complex zoning analysis for a fraction of the price that many law firms charge.
