Effective February 23, 2016, the American Land Title Association (ALTA) has adopted multiple new surveying standards including a provision that now allows surveyors to obtain zoning reports directly from their clients. Previously, a compliant ALTA survey would have to have a zoning report provided by the a title company.  At Zoning Research Group, our reports are designed to included all of the necessary information and documentation to meet ALTA requirements. Our standardized and easy to read format allows surveyors to quickly obtain the information they need to be ALTA compliant.
