With almost 20 years of experience in the field of Zoning/Land Use, there isn’t much Sarah hasn’t seen. Starting out her career at a private land development firm in Tacoma, Sarah was exposed to all aspects of a development project, from the initial concept to the final approval. Later, through the University of Washington Urban Studies program, Sarah was able to formalize her experience with a degree while continuing to work as a project manager. After 15 years in the private sector, Sarah decided to take her skills on the road as a Zoning Analyst contractor.

 

Supporting the ZRG team since 2015, her expertise ensures that all clients receive an accurate and detailed analysis of their property.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys life with her husband and two children at their Thurston County property. She enjoys gardening, property improvements, sports and enjoying the fresh air of the Pacific Northwest outdoors. Although she enjoys life at home, she also hopes to some day check off a few bucket list vacations that include (though are not limited to!) Portugal, Iceland, Sicily and Cuba.
